Born and raised in Chicago, Aaron Schubbe brings a strong work ethic and Midwestern sensibilities to his real estate practice. At age 15, Aaron moved to College Station, Texas, where he completed high school and attended college. Since 1999, he has proudly called San Jose, California, his home.

Aaron's career began in the shoe industry, where he excelled in various roles, including managing large teams of sales associates and overseeing multiple stores. His leadership and business acumen led to millions of dollars in sales, honing the skills that would later define his real estate success.

In 2002, Aaron transitioned into the real estate sector as a Business Development Manager for a 1031 exchange company focusing on investment properties. This move marked the beginning of a 20-year journey in real estate, where he now serves clients in California's Bay Area (and beyond) with dedication and expertise. Although The Bay Area is Aaron's area of expertise, his reach extends throughout California, across the United States, and even Around the WORLD!

Aaron's approach to real estate is deeply personal. He's known for making each client feel like they are his top priority, ensuring they receive the attention and respect they deserve. His clients frequently commend his ability to build meaningful connections, which he believes is key to working with purpose and achieving successful outcomes.

Beyond his professional life, Aaron has a passion for coaching. He volunteered as a middle school football coach for four years, leading his team to three championships, and as a basketball coach for two years, where his team secured two championships. This experience further enriched his ties to the community and strengthened his understanding of the local area.
